Somewhere between my first bite of Kapow Delray's Wagyu lo mein and me pulling the plate closer like someone was coming for it, dinner became a custody situation. This dish is disrespectfully good. The noodles deserve a slow-motion entrance. The Wagyu deserves a standing ovation. Together? I briefly became someone who says "you have to try this" while offering absolutely none. Service was fantastic, but this plate had my full, fork-twirling attention. I'd describe the leftovers, but we never met.
